Dream Big

Standard

No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true.
― Walt Disney

Watch this video of a veteran called Arthur who had been given the prognosis of never being able to walk again, as he defies this limiting belief and circumstance and begins to heal himself and his life with yoga: http://omtimes.com/2012/05/inspirational-video-of-how-yoga-can-heal-your-life/

We can learn from Arthur to live in courage and keep going no matter how difficult the mountain is to climb; every time we stumble or take a couple steps back, we just need to pick ourselves up and keep trying.

This is a great opportunity to take  a look at an area of our life right now where we are not getting the results we want and ask how can we turn this into a positive?  Remember all success is built on the stepping stones of failure: the more successful you are, the more you have failed.

Abraham Lincoln lost eight elections, failed twice in business and suffered a nervous breakdown before he became the president of the United States. Wall Street Journal

Whatever dreams you have, keep believing, then take small incremental steps each day towards your goal.  Most important of all, enjoy the process, have fun and laughter along the way.  It´s the journey, not the destination that counts.  It´s how you choose to react and take action about a particular circumstance that shapes who you are, not the actual circumstance or situation.

Have fun dreaming and creating big!!!

I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.  – Thomas A. Edison
