Life can throw us all many curve balls.  Often times life doesn´t play out in the exact way we planned; good opportunities can sometimes turn out to be negative experiences and often our low points and seeming failure can lead to our success and  outcomes beyond our wildest dreams.  Therefore, it´s important to have a nurturing practice in your life that can not only help support you during the hard times but also support in manifesting our heart´s desires, living from our joy path and feeling connected to the universal energy that resides in all of us.
